Shipping Method We normally ship within the continental United States by FedEx or UPS standard ground delivery. Two day and Overnight Air service is also available at the customer's request. We use FedEX, UPS or USPS Priority Mail for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all international shipments. Certain items may not be available for Overnight and 2nd Day Air service.

Shipping Address Orders must be shipped to a street address. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to a PO Box. Please take special care in giving us your street address, including the zip code.A wrong address will incur additional shipping charges from the carrier which we will have to pass on to you. The carriers also require a telephone number.

Tracking Orders We will e-mail you the shipping date and tracking number of your shipment.

Shipping Date In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days.

If an item is out of stock, the availability date usually will be noted under the item's description on the gallery page. If by chance you have ordered an out-of-stock item, you will be notified by e-mail if the shipping delay will be more than 10 business days.

Please let us know if you need an order by a certain date so that we can make sure that you receive it in time.

Special orders, personalized orders and custom orders may take longer.

Shipping Time Standard Ground Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days, depending upon where you live. Shipments to Florida and Georgia addresses often take 1-2 business days. East Coast and Midwest addresses usually take 3-4 business days. Addresses in the Mountain States and on the West Coast usually take 5-6 business days.

International orders shipped by FedEx or UPS expedited service usually take 3-7 business days. USPS International Priority Mail usually takes about 8-10 business days.

Shipping and Handling Charges The following costs include shipping and handling. There will be additional charges for insurance and a direct signature on any order containing jewelry.On any other order you may request an indirect signature or insurance at an additional cost.

Domestic Express Air Service FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail 2nd Day Air: Add $25.00 to the above Standard Shipping Charge.

FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail Next Day Air: Add $35.00-$90.00. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the carrier depending on shipping weight, package size and the destination. Please note that Air service may not be available for some items, in which case we will so notify you within 24 hours of order placement.

International Orders We understand that international shipping costs can be burdensome. International orders may not receive a shipping price at the online checkout. We will contact you by e-mail with a quote for shipping costs prior to the processing of your order. Please respond by e-mail with your authorization and acceptance of the shipping charges. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will consider your silence as an acceptance and authorization of the international shipping charges, and we will continue with the processing of your order.

Customs Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed and levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact the recipient's local customs office for further information. The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulation of the country in which the goods are received. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any shipments refused by the recipient as a result of these charges.

Sales Tax
Federal Law requires us to add sales tax to the cost of all items shipped to customers in the state from which the items are shipped. All Copa Judaica items are shipped from Brooklyn, New York, except Jewellry, Kosher Scrolls, and products from Brazil which are shipped from Miami, Florida. Therefore, you will see a second small charge for that part of the tax on your credit card. Therefore, we must add Sales tax of on all items shipped to New York customers except Jewellry, Kosher Scrolls and products from Brazil. We will add a sales tax of 7.0% on the items shipped from Miami to Florida customers. There is a state sales tax of 4.0% in New York.  Each county and community adds additional sales tax.  At the time of checkout, you will be charged 4.0% on your credit card.  The shipping department will add the appropriate county and local tax to your credit card at the time of shipment. Therefore, you will see a second small charge for that part of the tax on your credit card.

Undelivered Shipments Any shipment refused by the recipient or returned to us non-deliverable will incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping, handling and insurance costs are not refundable.
